- Responsible for the Bureau’s administration;
- Overseeing the various Departments within the Bureau;
- Proper scanning and stowing of documents;
- Writing of letters;
- Obtaining Ministerial approvals;
- Advising Minister on aviation safety matters;
- Preparation of responses to various E-mails;
- Responsible for and organizing staff training;
- Responsible for the directorate planning of the Bureau;
- Responsible for final editing and publication of accident reports;
- Responsible for assigning duties to Officers of the Bureau as the need arises.
