- Reporting to the Commissioner/CEO through the DHR&A;
- Staff Recruitment;
- Staff Promotions;
- Staff deployment;
- Pensions;
- Staff Welfare;
- Staff Salary matters;
- Facility Maintenance;
- Staff medicals/ Health Insurance;
- Insurances in the Bureau;
- Carrying out such other duties as may be assigned by the Commissioner/CEO.
